Jennifer is an experienced professional with over twenty (20) years of experience focused on accounting, business management, and sponsored award administration. She boasts a broad and strong understanding of federal and sponsored award regulations.
In her various roles, she has led and mentored post-award management teams to ensure excellence in execution, as well as to ensure that individuals are positioned to provide maximum impact based on their individual circumstances. This has included one-on-one mentoring, as well as the creation of department wide training programs and materials. Particular areas of expertise include cost share, time and effort, compliance and processes and procedures.

Inspiration
I take inspiration from my mother-in-law, who was a CFO (retired) of a hospital system and an extremely hard worker, but who also is very family-oriented. I think she was a great person to look to as an example of how to juggle the demands of a high-level job while being present for family activities and giving back to the community.
